BarrierGuard 800 has been developed as a temporary steel safety barrier for use at roadworks or other containment applications. It has been tested and approved to European Performance Standard BS EN 1317 parts 1 and 2, deflection of 1.0 meter at 110km/h, 1500kg vehicle, 20 degrees. A 13000kg bus impacted successfully.

BENEFITS / FEATURES

  • Requires anchoring only at the end of each run, it can be anchored along its length for greater
    rigidity or permanent applications.

  • Very low exit angle following vehicle impact.
  • Up to 144 meters (none inverted) can be transported on one truck.

    - Emergency access point – 6 meter to over 60 meter length options.
    - EN1317 compliant 110km/h crash cushion end treatment – alternative topotentially dangerous ramped ends.
